| Career Counsellor I am from Delhi and one of my friend asked me a question for which i did not have an answer and that is why i am posting this question. She asked me that for freshers who are confused about their career we have a lot of professional help available for guidance in regard to carrer options but if a person having 7-8 years of experience need guidance to change the industry or look for a job matching his / her skill set then he/she does not have guidance or professional help available. Recruitment firms generally say that send your resume we will see the available options matchng your profile but what if he/she is looking for a change altogether.
If the seniors can guide me in this regard and provide me with available options here in Delhi, it would be a great help. |
