someone can answer this case study and help me out to find my answer from anyone's help.


In an organization there is a cold war going on between the management and the employees. They both have grievances against each other. The management thinks that all the employees are well paid but the output of the employees is never up to the mark or the expectations.
Given the above situation, suggest what could be the complaint of the employees which causes the failure in delivering the best output. Answer should be based on the following contexts:
· Personality traits
· Motivation
· Communication
