I am currently working for an international school in the IT department and am not pleased with our conditions. we are having a meeting in a weeks time to review our salary structure and benefits. Below are my benefits.
Salary - USD $1450 - before Tax
Medical - USD $100 - for me and my family for 4 months
Education Allowance for my child - USD $50 per term
Division of departments
Management _ On full time medical insurance (can bring child to school at
90% discount for fees
Teachers _ On full time medical insurance (can bring child to school at
90% discount for fees
Administration Staff - where i belong with a few other colleagues
Support Staff - Same conditions as administration staff
we are having a meeting with management and the HR committee and i need some advise.
