Desperately need material on Organizational cognition

I have to conduct a programme on Organizational Cognition. I will be highly obliged if i can get some material regarding ORG COG ( ppts, docs,pdfs)
Since the programme starts on 20 th of this month an immediate help is requisite. Looking forward towards your help

Hi Devesh,

Please explain what Organization Cognition means!! I have a literal understanding of this term and hence I am not sure what you mean by it.

It'll be great if you can elaborate on it a bit, (I am not that good with Jargon!!!)

Once you have explained it, I may be in a position to help you!

As far as I have read, on the google search itself, org cog is no more a jargon in this fast changing world. As Individuals have to update their cognition to face the dynamic world so in this era of uncertainty and growing complexity organizations too need to realign their cog according to the needs of the future challenges. Many psychologist are working in this area. This is what i understood by reading some of the articles, rest is upon you and the gamut of learned ppl around

Hi There,
Attaching a ppt presentation here on organisational politics and cognative behaviours. I downloaded it from the net, from some site..as u desprately needed it.
It is not my own creation and just a downloaded raw copy. It is a bit high on language and a bit difficult to understand, but again it may b of some use to u.
