| Guide me friends Hi i am suresh from Bangalore
I am an engineering graduate in Mechanical stream,Now i am working as a Technical Recruiter in a Consultant.
After my graduation i get into a Production company as a Trainee - Engineer but thanks to this recession company fired new hired trainees and within a month i got a offer as a Technical recruiter in a consultant.
For the past 10 Months i am working in the same.
The problem is,My father now that i am working in a Mfg company only,but a month back he knows that i am as a Recruiter and he totally upset.
As a recruiter i have 10 Months experience
As a Mech. Engineer i am a fresher
My father ask me to get in to a Mechanical Company, i am 2007 passed out
Weather i get any good offer from a company for HR Field, or i get into a Mech company
Now i am searching for a job in company exposure for Hr domain
I need a guidelines from seniors
