Need help in composing a mail (ie., subject is about addressing my team member)

Hello All,

I need your help in composing a mail.
I have been working as a team member in my group(related to software testing) and now i got promoted as Team Lead for the same team.(Previously each one of us had good relation with each other.) I would like to post an official mail to all my team members (formerly i was one among them) which would redirect my team to have a good rapport among each one of us.

Can anyone help me out in this regard

kutearthi, instead of sending email, call them for coffee and have a good discussion.

If you still want to send out an email, just write down what you feel. No need to copy paste fancy lines...they look artificial. Simple words are better.

Maybe you can prepare a draft and post here, then we can give our inputs on it...

I'll definitely have a small gettogether and have the discussion.

But my superior has suggested me to post a mail... (i think he just want to analyse me in this aspect)

As you have mentioned to use simple words... can you suggest in a particular format or the way u people think should contain in the content of the mail...
