Applicability of Bombay Shops and Estb Act in Hinjewadi, Pune 
Our Company (Pvt Ltd company where engineers design components using Computers, not a factory basically) is located in Hinjewadi area of Pune.
Bombay Shops and Establishment Act is applicable only in areas notified by State Government. Hinjewadi area has not been notified by Government. My question is which Act will govern provisions relating to leave, hours of work, overtime pay, 24X7 working, etc. in respect of employees in Hinjewadi, Pune?
