Please log on to the website of the income tax department and download the forms for TDS returns. All information is available on the website.

For service tax you can log on the website of the service tax department to get the details as well as download the forms.

payment of service tax is to be made monthly/ quarterly and return in Form ST-3 is to be file on a half-yearly basis.
