win win situation
The sales team is facing problem that one of its major clients has not made
payment of the goods taken on credit. Now they are placing one more order but
management can not approve credit to this customer because of slow-payment
record. Suggest how a win-win solution for both parties can be achieved.

Win-win Situation
Dear Mulaan,

Why sales team or credit team does not talk to the client? Management is right in withdrawing the credit to this client.

Win-win situation is not at the cost of our own business. There is a limit of everything.
