Dear All,

i am newly appointed in HR - Attendance management department. i have diffculity to maintain, because already they have maintained manual register. i want to implement new systematic method and what are different methods available. Pls help me in this regard.

you can use the Orange hrm for systematic method.

You can use following processes for tracking attendence :

1. ID cards tagging
2. ID cards Punching
3. Email Login time

These are the most common ways to track attendence these dayz.

I can understand the difficulties associated with manual attendance management. I would recommend you to go for a swipe card/bio metric attendance recording system with Folklore Attendance Software.
