| Not submitted the form13 in PF office Dear Sir/madam,
Greeting from Bangalore!!!
I have checked out they(Previous Company) have not submitted the form13 to PF office.And i want to clear to you one thing that previous company which i resigned, that company has shifted from PUNE to Bangalore & they have open our new PF account, they have not continued in the same PF account.
One thing we have listened about previous employer that they have applied for PF withdrawn without resigned for some employee. But I am facing some problem due to dispute of the employer. Please suggest me any legal action can be take.
