| Formation of works committee Dear Rajesh,
If your unit is covered under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 then in accordance with the provision of section 3 of this Act you are to constitute a works committee. For more details you may also go through this section. For formation,working & its dissolution you are to go through your State Rules of this Act.
