Dear Friends,

I Work for an MNC which has everything in place and there is only one scope that is to innovate new things and ideas for betterment for people functions.

This cite has HR professionals from various companies. Can you pas on me some ideas which I can implement in terms of

Organisational Development

Compensation and Reward Systems

Hi Sanketh!

On 31st October there was a Conference in Ahmedabad on 'Innovations in People Management' where Dr. T V Rao, and Heads of HR dept from 5 organisation presented their innovative practices. The conference was organised by the Ahmedabad Management Association.

You can contact them and ask if CDs of the recordings are available.

It will help you learn about innovative practices of various organisations (Public sector and private sector both).
