How to source new job candidates?
Greetings Everyone,

I got a new Job as HR Recruiter, i am fresher.

My Job is to recruit Medical Transcriptions (Freshers), My question is How do you source there people?

As per my knowledge, the sources includes:

1. References 2. Job Portals, 3. Ad on job portals, 4. Mass Mail, 5. Headhunting and coldcalls.

Please suggest:-

1.Which method or source will be effective to recruit MT candidates?
2.What are the other method that can be used?
3. Where do i target these candidates?
4.Some tips?

Please help me.

With regards
Prem
