2 positions - 1 for Lead and another for Asst Manager
Lateral recruitment background and exp in organization development.
If the candidate is from Tier1/2/3 MBA colleges - exp between 3-5 years
Non tier institutes - 5-8 years
Expected CTC for the Talent lead position should be 6.5/7 lakhs
For assistant manager - maximum comp would be about 8 lakhs.
The person would be working on Talent Planning and deployment of resources across projects/clients. Someone from staffing companies who have handled recruitment and deployment of candidates across their clients would fit into the requirement.
On top of every resume, please mention the
current ctc, notice period (negotiable or non negotiable), expected ctc, current location, reason for change, name of MBA college and passing our year.
