| while leaving colleague badmouth our dept.. one of my colleague in my dept left today and bad mouthed our dept and our work ethics...she didn't served her notice period and she also compalined this to the avp and the centre head where the centre head had a serious talk with my manager..after serving 10mths in a organstion she left everyone shocked, like how can she do this? |
