Retaining Customers

Being a consultant of Road Repute, you have been contracted and consulted by the company "Gh Transport Company" to advice it on what to do to retain it's passengers. In a report format advice the company on what to do to retain it's customers.

You have to first get a step by step process of working of the company, i.e from the time it accepts a customers cargo, to the final delivery and then make relevant changes to it so that the goods are delivered to the customer intact and in time.

This will require lot of research, and data collection and analysis. No one can just as it is write any report and submit it.
