Role:
Lead small team completely supporting business division end-to-end completely on HR handling. This would include manpower planning, recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations & engagement, performance appraisal, compensation& benefits,HRIS etc driving employee satisfaction. Driving employee relations of geographically diverse locations and employee profile and implementation of policies are the key challenges in the job.
Desired Profile
MBA HR with 8 -16 years workex. Good organisation & communication skill with strength on systems & engagement. Individuals who have handled either Compensation & Benefits or recruitments and moved on to become generalists / exposure to typical Business HR preferred
