Dear Seniors,
Pls help i need to make one policy for official telephone bills.
I.e We have given vodophone connections to all of our engineers and employees , presently there are marking on their personal calls and rest cliam from company, but in this some times they forgot to or they dont mark they personal sincerly due to that comapny has to bear this amount. and also at the time of calcuation in accounts it takes a lot of time.
pls suggest a good policy./
