Hello all,

I have a small doubt.... when you say monetization of CTC, what do you mean? if it is assigning a value to the benefits provided, then will Insurance will be a part of this??
I am a MBA student, specializing in HR

everything spent on employee is part of CTC. No clear guidelines, varies from company to company and HR person to HR person. No ethical system or mechanism to formulate the CTC structure in India.
