I beleive this bunk is for internal consumption of company and not for a commercial purpose.
Kindly see the following.
a) The land records - showing the ownership of your company on the land intended to have the petrol station. If the land is not owned by the company then it must be under a long lease say atleast for ten years.
b) Site map.
c) NOC from the district fire officer and the district collector/ commissioner . Some states even require noc from the SP.
d) Drawing of the underground petrol tank and the dispensing machine and piepline details.
e) NOC from the jurisdictional explosives controller / department.
f) Details of environmental factors like distance of the proposed site froma river, forest/ national park/ monuments/ heritage sites/ farm land etc ( these are required in some states)
g) A formal letter of alloting you the dispensing bunk for internal consumption from any of the oil companies like IOC/ BPCL/ HP/ Shell /IBP.
