Dear All, Glad to be interacting with you all in the forum. I work with a stock broking company, Chennai in the HR department. My Management has decided to get a complete HR Management System Software for our company. Could you please suggest the best possible HR softwares available in the industry. My company is looking at a complete package which should cover, Recruitment - Seperation, Performace Management, Training & Payroll. Your valuable responses would be of great help to me. I suggest that you can look at Ramco e.Apps - HCM product. Very stable product as well user friendly and the rate is also very competitive.

I used Ramco's product for more than 7 1/2 years.
