Draft Letter for allotment of alternate land

Dear Members,

Very good morning..Our company has been allotted Industrial Plot in MIDC in the year 2007 for our new project but the physical possession is not yet given as the owenr of the land has not vacated the said land being his primary source of his agricultural income. The issue is on hang since 2007 and the owner availed the remedy of the Court for deletiono of the said land from acquisition. In these bacdrop, our new project is suffered & MIDC is unable to give us the physical possession due to delayed tactics applied by the owner.

In these events, now we have to apply for alternate of the land within the same Industrial Area giving all briefs of our representations and cause with systematic approach & polite way without hurting to Govt. body to maintain our cordial relations.

I appeal you to please suggest me the mode of drafting of letter to the MIDC authority or please provide me the draft letter.
