is MAFOI..THE BEST IN HR

HEY ppl i wanted to your advice on whether mafoi is the best hr company for 2009..

yeah i mean in consulting..cauz one on my fred got offer in mafoi also the pacakage is also good....my question is it top in hr consulting

well rahul its definitely the best in recruitment , but you should evaluate yourself in which domain of Hr u want to enter.

congrats to ur friend who got job in MaFoi. Yup, mafoi its a nice hr consultancy, n hav good networks too. basically its more proficient in indian markets. as far as top ranks or best ones are concerned, there are other faaaar bigger players than mafoi in market, like Adecco Flexione (Adecco - The world leader in Human Resources solutions), Teamlease (TeamLease Services Private Limited), Randstand (Randstad specializes in solutions in the field of flexible work and HR services), Manpower Consultants (Manpower India, Job Consultants India, Indian Job Consultants) etc etc..
these all are amongst the world leaders in hr consultancies, operating in various nations across the globe, and ofcourse among the best in their line of business. i think mafoi comes after these..plz ammend me if am wrong.
