All of us have good as well as not-so-good experiences with even the best of organisations as well as smaller ones. It is not fair to start giving personal opinions in such a forum. No you can't say who is best in the consulting industry. But yes, Mafoi is best in payroll. But in staffing Planman doing better.

It really nice to hear all of you.
Although,Mafoi re brand as RANDSTAND ,use to be a good consultancy firm in HR prospect, but any company looses taste once you you looses USP.Once upon a time, MAFOI used to be premium consultant in India, but with a period time, MAFOI senior leader given attention to beacty rather than talent,where the consultant should have toned and modulated voice, and preferably physically gorgeous to get the clients,
but coordination with the candidate was very poor, and consultant give more attention to their bosses to please rather than source the business for the organisation, and that lead to decline phase of Mafoi.
I have handled MAFOI both as candidate as a company.and saw the reality closely.

In fact,one of the senior consultant have approached me for the business leads, and i told him reality than he come out with answer things are changing, and as RANDSTAND , we are improving from malpractices.
But still these practices are continue because business leader or senior management are almost same and hires that kind of professional.

So in nut shell, Mafoi can not survive on the same name for along period of time, and re brand,but that will take a long time.
