I have worked in Adecco & Manpower..they are the world's leader in recruitment..might be Ma foi is one of them, ABC is the top most in INDIA,if u have been selected then make sure ur stream , no doubts as a fresher,if u r looking for learning then you should join Consultancy..later on u can join HR Generalist profile.

Mafoi 4/5 yrs back was very good, as that time they were rising... their service were also good.....but its also true that now they are lacking professionalism... moreover, I hv experienced that they call you and dont keep the timing... no value for what they say... they only know recruitment, but in corporate HR means not only Recruitment... its far more.... most of them dont hv that knowledge, and hence while Mafoi working as outsourced Vendors... to make them understand the leave rules etc. etc... is very tough..
In one word they know Sale, but dont know after sales service...

Could you tell me under what parametres this judgement is being made ? For which activid of HR ? Has CAGR been taken into consideration ? Has per person productivity been taken into consideration ? Has scalability, development, knowledge & remuneration standards of the employees been taken into consideration ?

I would still add that, I do not doubt Mafoi to be one of the top consultants.

Hr has a wider scope ,u can try out in some good compaies...
Well if ur starting ur career to get into a IT or software field HR later then it would b a good option to learn out.
