Well my experience is otherwise - i had worked with Mafoi in the past and the service was below standards...and that too after gaining a sign off amount of 200,000.00 and working out a SLA.
Small consultancies are better (in terms of recruitment) at delivery and closures!!!
I Admire Mafoi on following parameters :
a) its one of the old & respected HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) company.
b) Strong Domain experts & strong presence in Indian market with handsome branch netwrok
c) Hierarchy defined
if u r fresher its good brand to work for..

Hi i had very bad experience with Mafoi,i was sourced by it for one MNC & was called for interview thrice but two times my interview was postponed after reaching Gurgaon office,and the person concerned i was dealing was so irresponsible that he never gave any feedback ,even after my several call.
First let me know you have got the offer for recruitment consultancy or for payroll process. Because Mafoi and team lease is also provided outsourced payroll facility to many of clients.
if you have got the offer for payroll processing then it will be good learning for you and for consultancy you may go anywhere.
