reimbursement of interview travel expenses

I'm a UK businessman establishing here in India. Can anyone tell me what is the norm for reimbursing travel expenses when potential candidates are travelling from metro to metro for interviews?

Additionally.........I am setting up a Company employing around 30 staff and am finding ESI and PF a nightmare. Are there specialists available to administer these things?

But anyways as per the nature of job you can always change the policies to suit your needs.

Usually only for Top level positions you will reimburse air fares, at actuals,
for other general positions either Sleeper class, 2ac or 3ac as you wish.

For reimbursement employee needs to submit original ticket and photocopy of return ticket,

reimbursement can be on the spot by cash or sent by cheque.

Since you are boss you can frame any policy possibilities are many, take time and carefully frame what you want.
