For the year 2010, i have submitted Form 2 towards renewal of our Factory Licence on 03.11.2009. this delay occurs due to some administrative constraints. Now, the concerned authority insisting us to submit a penalty of Rs.3000/- in the form DD.
Kindly clarify, whether the penalty is applicable or not?
