| Resigning from a job in U.A.E Hello,
I am currently living in UAE and I've been working with a company over here, I got an offer letter and an acceptance from another company, and after talking to the HR manager on October 31st, we agreed that my last day would be in November 5th (ie after one week) as the following period would serve as a notice period. So I resigned from the company mentioning in my resignation letter that ill serve a notice period till the 5th of November which will be my last date....
My question is, we usually get paid on the 25th of each month. Does the company have the right not to pay my salary of the days that I served from October 25th till November 5th ?! |
