Yes Ramesh, you are right. There is something called "evidence" in medicine. Unless you provide the evidence, it is really difficult to say what is their action on our body.

Best is to go to a doctor.

I do appreciate the effort and interest of Iqbal in sharing information with us, but still medical advice has to be authenticated before publishing. Sorry Iqbal, not to offend you any way....
