not got the experience letter of 2007

not got the experience letter of 2007
Hi,
I was working in 2007 as a admin asst in a reputed company under a contract, wen i joined i dint get the appointment letter , though i asked they delayed ..atlast i dint get,(moreover was new to the corporate world also since the company was good i also dint mind ,) now i m working in other company from past 6months (probationary) n also have an other good offer in my hand , where in have to produce the experience letter of my first company, though i asked my experience letter many times they dint respond , now my 1year experiance is wasted pls suggest what best i can do to take the experience letter.i have only payslips from the contract. the lady is rude , requesting her from the day i quit the job ,bt no reply

Dear Poornima,

What i can suggest you is that just mark a mail to your previous company and refer all previous communication dates in it and send it to her.

Is still she doesnt replies then you can take a print out of That mail along with salary certificate and produce the same to new company and explain them the details why you don't have experience certificate.

if i m not wrong then your designation shall be clearly mentioned in your pay slip. provide all months payslip which clearly shows that you have worked their for how much time.

For Appointment letter you can clearly state to your new company that they don't issue appointment letter.
