How to Judge Knowledge, Experiance and ability of an individual employee
Dear

HR Seniors,

Good Afternoon each n every one.

Henry Ford said "if money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability".

1.Can you please let me know how to judge the Experiance,Knowledge and ability of an individual employee ?

2.Better ways to measure Individual .

Hi!
Well..these skills can't be judged on a same basis for everyone..Every individual has different mental ability and there is no way to judge them on a same criteria.
For proper judgment you must be that much capable..You should have proper knowledge of leadership,management,team building skills.
Person who is fully aware of these skill can not only judge experience,
knowledge and ability but he can judge anything whether it's employees mental status or what step is to be taken to more and more benefit a company.
So It's necessary that you and your employees must be aware of these skills.
For that there are many online e- books like Leadership Books, management articles etc.These books will help you in developing basic business skills.Or if you have time then you can go for any regular workshops and sessions.
