Information on ESI

Hi All,

Can any one would like to give me information on ESI. Iam working in a Company which is an independent stocking distributor of electronic Components having more than 25 employees. When can ESI be applicable. We are non power using establishment employing more than 20 persons & we do have a mediclaim facility even.
Our's is a pvt limited Company and 16 employees are having salary less than 10k. To approach ESIC what are the terms & conditions.

Yes ur establishment is covered under ESIC. as per Act company having 10 employees & using power and 20 without power will be covered under ESIC Act,

So you are advised to visit ESI Local office of your area and take the guidelines of Area Inspector regarding paper formalities.
