Dear Pragya,

Good Evening !!!

Why you want to go for HR generalism, frankly saying HR generalism doesnt gives you core HR Knowledge. If you really want to make your career in HR then HR generalism is not a right choice.
HR Generalism is the simplest job in the field of HR it can give you a better package but not the necessary knowledge which is required to develop ur skills and experience.
If you will change from HR generalism to Other Profile it will be very problematic for you to adjust in other profile as you were not known to basics of HR.
I can't understand why you have left HR & Joined Admin while HR is the Most prestigious Profile in an organisation.

Hi Pragya,

I think you have not taken the right step. What is your qualification?. Please don't continue with this role.

Recruitment in itself is a specialised field, in a particular area/field of recruitment.

Please try go back to recruitment and generalist profile will follow with time.

Regards,
Rune
