Yea, it will be very helpful for basic ideas about. But Deepika has to work hard to learn it. Because salary structure will very from one company to another. So learn the Salary structure from your seniors and follow it accordingly.

Most important thing is if you do mistake, you will learn it easily because employee will come and ask "why my salary is less than the previous, Madam?" heeeeheeeeee ....... just joking.... don't take it otherwise.

Hi, I am Vijay Gupta working as an assistant Hr executive in a garment company. I am a fresher even I don't have more knowlege. There is no senior manager in HR department. I have been working in this company since 1st January 2009 this is a new company so now our company want all activity in system. So plz help me . 1. plz tell me how can I mantain personal file and employee's record and what is necessariy files and registers for factory act and esic and P.F.

good day, my current problem is how to appraise my subordinate. he is fresh from shool and is not ready to learn. what shd. I do on this occassion? help
