I'm a student from Ireland. For the purposes of university project about India me with my colleagues have to estimate the cost of recruitment, selection and training certain workers in India.
The point is that we have no clue what the realistic costs can be - we searched lots of sites - without success
.
Therefore we ask you for your help. All we need are average figures, just to get an idea
.
So let's say we choose our location in Bangalore.
We need average costs/figures for recruitment, selection and training of the following:
1) 250 assembly line workers
2) 25 assembly line supervisers
3)100 call centre operatives
4) 50 engineers/technicians
5) 10 experienced engineers
6) HR director
7) 5 secretaries
