Change management: Problem Solving
Change agents facilitating discussions about the changes that need to take place in the organisation may be met with a wall of problems & issues of why the change will not work and why things should stay 'as is'.

This presentation provides an approach to get the leadership team's creative juices flowing and come up with innovative solutions to the problem.

Managers 'get' the idea behind the term think outside the box but most struggle with the 'how' of doing that. This 4-step approach is a useful tool for change agents to use to overcome this difficulty.
