Dear sandip,

E - offer holds good legally. It is as equal as Hard copy, hence dont worry about.
Preserve the email copy and take a print out for a safer side too, that is all required.

People who are apprehensive about e-offer, logically think about today's scenario of e-tickets in air and rail. (hope you will get an answer for it).

Thanks. I kept the HR (of the new company) posted about processing of my relieving order by HR (in current organisation) and received a positive reply.
