Train-the-trainer: Leading difficult training sessions
All

anyone running a 'train-the-trainer' session can use the attached slides during the TTT.

All trainers will have to face difficult training situations e.g. hostile audience members, quiet participants etc. This 60 minute training session will help would-be trainers pick up some tools and techniques to deal with these difficult training situations.

Hope you find it useful
