Hi Sandeep

Conveyance Allowance should not exceed 800 per month
Medical Allowance should not exceed 1250 per month

remaining things are ok.

Hi Ritu

Here Employer PF contribution is designed as part of employee CTC, so deduct the employer PF cont Rs 648, employee cont 648, professional tax 200 and insurance amount Rs 35 from the gross.

then u will get 11969.

can anybody tell me does CTC also Includes Employer's Contribution of PF:

Example:
Salary = Rs. 15000/-
Less PF (Employee) = Rs. 500 (aprox)
Less PF (Employer) = Rs. 500 (Aprox)

Does Both These Deduction comes from my salary when we say its Part of CTC.

Kunal,

When u r talking about CTC, means all the cost which is contributed by employer towards your compansation and benifits will included in the CTC.

means, PF contribution from employer and employee coming from your CTC amount, that also includes any insurance or medical benifits which is been provided to you by your employer will also comes from your CTC amount.

In your sheet, everything is correct, you just need to check for your someone on your convenence allownes and medical.

Thanks,
Ronak Purohit

CTC Calculation is correct.
You just deduct Deductions from your gross salary.
Benefits given by employer are deemed salary, it does not comes in cash.

Gross salary 12817
Less: Deductions 200+648 = 848
Nett Salary 11969/-

Your Gross CTC is 13500 *12= Rs.1.62 lacs p.a. Gross will always include Employer Contributions ( statutory or otherwise). In this case it is Employer PF contribution and Employer Insurance Contribution.
The Deductions will be : Your PF contribution and Your Insurance Contr.
Hence your Take home will be = Gross-(Emplr PF contr + Emplr Ins)-( Your PF + Your Ins )
Given the facts, while PF is statutory deduction, the Insurance seems to be a Company facilitated contributory scheme. ( ie where the employee too bears the cost..or put in another way..subsidized by the company)
