IN CTC, the PF contribution of employer and employ will be included.

In your sheet, everything is correct, you just need to check for your someone on your convenence allownes and medical.

Dear Sandeep,

The calculation given in your CTC is correct. CTC is nothing but all type of costs involved in giving the reimbursement to you. That means in your case , they are
a) PF Contribution of company & yours(Because both are paid by company only) = 648+648=1296
b) Insurance=35
c) Professional tax=200
Total=Rs.1531
Now deduct this amount from your CTC= 13500-1531= Rs.11969, which is paid by your company...Hence it is right..Hope you are clear..

Thanks

Hi,

Nothing is wrong with your CTC just consider ur gross salary i.e. 12187 and substract the deductions , you will get the take home salary of Rs.11969/-.CTC does includes any contribution made by employer and in your case it is added as benefit which is ofcourse is cost on employer and hence can be included in ur CTC.

Hi,
CTC is total cost to company. In your case 13,500.
Gross is after deducting employer share. 12,817 = (13,500-648+35)
Net is what remaining after deducting employer's and employee's contribution. 11969 = 13,500 - (648+35)+(648+200)

I think the calculation is right.

There is nothing wrong with it
Employers include their contribution to PF in CTC ur gross in 12.7k
648 is their contribution, ur contribution of 648 is deducted from 12.7 not from 13.5k
and the tax as well
u can get in touch with me thru mail at
I can explain it to u in detail
