Greetings to all! This is the first time i am expressing my concern to you. i just want to know what is the SKILL MATRIX AND TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT, because i have not much exp. in this field.

Skills matrix is one of the tools used to identify training needs and also used as the basis for recruiting new employees.

training and training is the process to bridge the gap between present performace and desire performace at job.
