• Graduation:- Bachelor Of Management Studies
• Master Of Marketing Management
• PGDM in HR
Experience
• 1 Year with Insurance Company as agent Advisor
• 6 Month with IT Software as Business Development Officer. (Current)
Currently working as a Business Development Officer in IT Software, Getting No Basic, Getting Only 10% of Revenue generate (in amount) upto Rs 2 Lakh target, Above that, is 5 %. Allowance is Rs1100.
Job Profile
Focus on one Software
Learn Software by myself. No training
Generate data myself
Generate leads,
Arrange demo, go with them learn there itself. Or ask them
Close Lead. Finally
Now I am Getting Job in Sports Club as On-Site Sales Executive 5500 Basic. Incentive:1% of membership amount, cash incentive, Bonus every month if cross certain amount
Promotion will be on performance in 6 month
Increment in Basic salary on performance after 2 month.
Job Profile
Present client different Club Membership on site
Close Lead.
So My Question Is
Am I on the right Job Profile of Current Company? (IT Software) Or been cheated.
Also the new offer is good one for MBA Fresher and to start off
Also Want to make career in Architect Firm as Business Development Officer So How do get there as they dont recruit MBA Fresher.
