Hi all..
Iam working as a counselor in an educational institute..ours is not jst an institute, rather we have a seperate developmt (Software)section under the same management..all together we have a strength of 25..
Myself and 2 other co staff handles the administration..Being in to administration, we shld be given with decision making power..To an extent we have also, but whn it comes to salary date, we'll bcome helpless, as the Director will keep delaying issue of salary..will recruit candidates as trainee and keep them as trainee for more than 3 mnths without paying them...they are not been signed any contract as trainee..
Staffs become very frustrated and will burst out on Administration..2 mnths back we approached director and made him clear abt the situation..But he promised salary will be given on time and he fixed the salary date as 15th of that mnth..the next month also same thing was repeated..salary was not given on time, again delayed..and he expects the staffs to be more enthusiastic and proactive in their work...Also no other motivation is been provided..
In short we are like a Mediator bw the Director and other Co staffs..We cant promise them on anythng as the Director will keep changing his words..
Now we are yet to get the salary for the month of sept..
Please suggest hw do we tackle this situation with no harm on either parties..

Waiting for your quick reply as the situation is gettng worse..
