thanks for the immediate responses...

i work for a manufacturing company in Dubai...

yes i am a member since 2007 but if u just see the discussions happening in the local forum; except few, its all about the visas, rules & regulations etc. this is where the HR in dubai is stuck in...few months back i had posted one topis for which there was no response at all...

i have also seen that there was a topic on Dubai HR Meet...how frequent does that happen??? and what's is the agenda of such meet?? can someone share some info on this...
