i have also seen that there was a topic on Dubai HR Meet...how frequent does that happen??? and what's is the agenda of such meet?? can someone share some info on this...

hi shylahrd,

r u a trainer in dubai??

hi shamna,

its nice to see the increase in number of participants in the forum...but i still feel that most of the HR guys in Dubai are not member of this forum...why don't we start a topic...n can understand the best practices followed by major group of companies....

can we start with Grading system in dubai??? can anyone share their thoughts or the practice being followed in their company...??

Hi neha,

HR culture in Dubai is not the same what you might have seen in India...here most of the companies believe that HR means only to recruit people and send back them; also HR has to manage the leave, attendance and the visa application/renewal/cancelation...that's it...but there are some good companies who follow the actual HR...

by the way,why do you need this??? where r u from and where r u working now??
