Of course, I'm thankful to the author of the article, but as I stated earlier, I don't know the author name. Climbing to the sentence you reproduced below doesn't gives a clear idea of its author as several time some quotes from legends are reproduced to clarify the subject.

Dear Friend adnan
I have seen Mammu's remarks and your responses.
I am very much impressed by you, and your audacity.
You have not only BRAZENLY copy pasted Bill Gates famous speech, but also are SHAMELESS enough to defend yourself.
When your plagiarism is detected and pointed out to you, you say that you do not claim that you wrote this.
Why did you not state this fact, while posting the article ? By suppressing this information, you did try to claim as if it is your own work.
Kindly refrain from such activities henceforth. If something you post has not been created by you, please acknowledge the original authors.
Please do not try to be-fool the members of this site.
Quoting your favourite phrase , "I
believe you understand now."
To members :
I also request members to please read carefully any critique of the post (Mammu's post had gone un-noticed), and do not blindly support or encourage plagiarism.
This is a much quoted speech of Bill Gates, taken from the book
"The Art of Leadership" By George Manning, Kent Curtis
Just put this sentence (taken from the posted article) on Google search :
