Jansi, don't be upset. Nothing wrong to expand your thinking and style. The characteristics of a good leader today includes innovation, creativity, vision and supreme interest in all things that surround them.

If your project was in Marketing, so be it. The key is you finished your studies and passed with stellar colors. Be proud of who you are. Nothing wrong with approching your goals and dreams from a different direction then others.

Be well and continue on your fantastic journey.

My Advice
My advice would be concentrate on the core HR subject and when u face an interview try to tell the interviewer that u have equivalent or more skills of being an Hr person. And in that way i am sure your problem will be solved. Try to use CITE Hr as source of knowledge and i am sure you will excel.

Hi Jansi,
