Regarding Full & Final
Hi All,
I have a doubt regarding full & final. Is company liable to pay his (Employer's) contribution of PF & ESI at the time of full & final settlemet? Whatever the case if employee is leaving the job or company is terminating him. Suppose if some one leaving job on 15th of any month, Will company contribute it's share of 15 days also?

Yes, the employer has to contribute his share.
